It is our goal at Top 2 Bottom Kids to ensure your satisfaction with our

products as well as the entire ordering process. If for any reason you are

dissatisfied with your purchase from Top 2 Bottom Kids you have the

option of a 30 day item exchange or refund.

SHIPPING OUR PRODUCTS 

During the busy times of the year we hope our customers can

understand we cannot guarantee all packages will be shipped the same

day they are purchased. In most cases they will be shipped within 2

to 3 days of purchase.

OUR RUSH ORDER OPTION

Our rush order option will help your order process as it does take priority

over others. For example: your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business

days vs. 2 to 3 days without. However, with our rush order option we still

do not guarantee 1 to 2 business days during our busiest times of the year.  

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING 

We strive hard to ensure our overnight shipping is shipped the same day

but cannot guarantee the shipping company will deliver overnight to your

home successfully. This is determined by many factors and will vary

depending on location and distance from our warehouse. If you need to use

our overnight shipping option please allow yourself 2 days to receive your

item to your home. You also have the option of picking up your package at

the facility in which it is being delivered to. This may eliminate one day in

which it would be delivered to your home by the shipping company.
