How Long Before My Package Is Shipped?

In most cases your package will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Please choose your shipping method carefully. If you have 3 weeks or more before your special occasion arrives the ground shipping method is a good choice. Less than 3 weeks and an upgraded shipping method is highly recommended. It is always a good idea to specify a wear date so we have a good idea when you will be needing your package.
 
When Will You Be Charging My Credit Card?

We will charge your credit card upon shipment of your order.
 
Can I Purchase My Product By Phone?

Yes, to exchange an item place a new order for the correct item, size, color, etc. When your first order is shipped back and received we will issue you a refund on that item. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless an error occurs on the part of the company. 20% processing and restocking fees apply.

Yes, if the item is damaged or an error occurs on the part of the company. All items must have the original tags in tacked so please inspect your items carefully before using. All returns and exchanges on non-defective products are charged a 20% processing and restocking fee.
